The Christmas Wreath-Making Class
It’s that time of year when we eat too much food, watch too much telly and sing along to festive songs about people starving in Africa. Yes, it’s Christmas time (and there’s no need to be afraid… 🎶)
To me, nothing says Christmas quite like a wreath. Well, except for this hat…
It’s quite something, isn't it?
Wreath-making seems to be enjoying a resurgence of late. The decorative guardian of the front door has reclaimed its place as a cherished festive tradition, alongside Elf on the Shelf, bad Christmas cracker jokes, and indigestion.
Being the festive joy-bringer that I am—and inspired by the roaring success of my Speed Awareness Course—I recently decided to organise a wreath-making class at my co-working space. Naturally, I couldn’t resist putting together a poster to spread the word…
I know what you’re thinking - you wish you had a course like this at your workplace.
Well, here’s my suggestion for you: kick off the new year with a class of your own. Wreaths, in my opinion, should be a bit like dogs—not just for Christmas. I say we make them for all occasions. Birthday? Create a wreath. Housewarming? Create a wreath. Funeral? Don’t be so bloody insensitive…
Merry Christmas. I’m off to buy a festive hat!
